The past year forced businesses to rethink how they communicate (again), both internally and externally. This time, it was more out of necessity than anything. Video finally became an important part of how we communicate, and the work from anywhere strategy finally became a reality. But, despite the changes, one thing remains constant. With all the various communications channels available, voice remains the driver of business success. Sure, other mediums help support business communications and make collaboration easier, but when it comes down to making business decisions, there’s no substitute for voice. This session will look at what’s happened with voice, why it’s still the cornerstone of communications, how a new generation of devices are enabling today’s voice interactions, and how MSPs and other partners can make generate more revenue through voice and related services.
