Prior to 128 Technology, Ritesh was Director, Network Solutions at Huawei leading the technical solutions team and Manager, Product Management at Cisco leading the software operating systems group. Ritesh holds a PhD in Computer Science from Concordia University, Montreal.

Pratik Roychoudhury is the President & CEO of Concertium IT. In his current role, he is responsible for overall operations, growth and strategy of the company. Pratik has had a very diverse career in Engineering, Operations, IT Project Management and Sales in industries ranging from Medical Devices, Staffing, Information Technology and Consulting.Pratik began his career with Bayer Healthcare as a QA Engineer. He later went on to hold areas of increasing responsibilities eventually to become the Director of Post Merger Integrations for the Diabetes Care division (now known as Ascensia Diabetes Care).Pratik left Bayer to found a recruiting software company called Mylatch. Mylatch was a revolutionary recruiting software that integrated video interviewing and social media recruiting into a single platform. Mylatch was later acquired by a staffing company called Career Transitions LLC. Pratik became the President of Career Transitions and ran the staffing company and executed on a highly differentiated technology driven staffing strategy integrating the Mylatch software into its operations. Under his tenure the company grew several fold and went on to become a regional leader in staffing solutions.Following that Pratik relocated to Tampa and acquired Concertium in 2013 and over the last five years grew it to become a prominent MSP company in Tampa. Under his leadership, the company doubled its revenues and launched a proprietary software called Captain’s Chair that enables customers to visualize and access data from disparate hardware,cloud and software sources in real-time on a single pane of glass.Pratik holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University, India an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from West Virginia University and also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.

Domenick Gandolfo

Domenick is a seasoned cybersecurity veteran with over 20 years of hands on enterprise level experience leading technical initiatives that secure data, ensure compliance and support business productivity.Domenick began his career as a Network Specialist for a regional educational service agency that provided programs and opportunities within 18 school districts. During his support role at the educational institution, Domenick attained certifications from both CompTIA and Cisco. He eventually moved on to join a global leader in mission-critical service parts logistics supporting Fortune 500 clients including Cisco, EMC, Hitachi, Avaya and Dell, holding leadership roles as both a Senior Network Security Engineer and Network Manager. During his tenure at the logistics organization, he was responsible for designing, securing, implementing, and ensuring optimal uptime of critical systems and infrastructure. He spearheaded the build out of an enterprise class business continuity and disaster recovery solution and was responsible for the overall security infrastructure. Domenick was recruited to drive the build out of the IT department and define the technology strategy and roadmap while strengthening the overall security posture for the largest urology practice in the United States. Domenick was eventually appointed Chief Security Officer and was responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing an enterprise information security program. He developed and oversaw the adoption of security policies and procedures, and created a company-wide security awareness training program. Domenick drove a complete redesign of both server and network infrastructure while supporting 1000 employees across 62 locations. He identified risks and vulnerabilities, implemented controls and led the deployment of new security hardware and software in order to achieve compliance with government regulations. Domenick is an expert in identifying risks, defining appropriate mitigation controls, and deploying fully integrated data systems and network security solutions to ensure safe computing and achieve regulatory compliance. Domenick has participated in numerous cyber challenges for both the Red and Blue Team battling with and against United States Military personnel in simulated cyber espionage type of attacks. Domenick holds the prestigious and globally recognized Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation. He also holds the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) information security certifications. Domenick has also held previous certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA). Domenick received his B.S. cum laude from Long Island University.

Since joining Hughes, a global technology and managed services company, in 1996 Bill has assisted customers to validate and deploy a variety of services (Broadband, Security, Wi-Fi, Signage, VoIP, other) across their remote locations spanning 10’s to 10,000’s of sites. Leveraging over 20 years of wide-area network (WAN) experience, he is presently concentrating on disruptors and emerging technologies driving industry trends in cloud services, SD-WAN, and the evolving branch security landscape.

Ranga Thittai is Vice President of Product Alliances for InfoVista where he leads the technology alliance strategy for InfoVista’s Ipanema SD-WAN product line. As part of the role, Ranga’s team currently drives the platform architecture and technology alliances for closely inter-dependent/peripheral markets like public cloud, UC/UCaaS, digital transformation applications and branch security. Consequently, Ranga also guides InfoVista’s SD-WAN architecture for MSP hosted multi-cloud on ramping and SaaS acceleration. Ranga has previously led InfoVista’s product management and go-to-market for end-to-end Service Assurance products for mobile operators. Ranga’s career has spanned varied roles like Product Delivery, Pre-Sales and Product Mgmt with OSS vendors like Telcordia and Trendium, as well OSS/NMS architecture at T-Mobile, USA. Ranga holds a Master of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta) and a Bachelors from the Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay).

Mr. Maloff is a globally recognized expert and author on Internet, its uses for business purposes, and the convergence with traditional telephony. He currently serves as Senior Vice President – Strategic Alliances and Partnerships for Phone.com (www.phone.com), and has responsibility for the Channel Partner Program, Inside Sales organization, large scale business development, and assistance with network-related strategies and tactics. In addition, Mr. Maloff has been an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University for more than four years, and has taught introductory classes, information technology (such as Disaster Recovery and Network Design and Implementation), Introduction to Marketing, and created a course on Digital Marketing. With forty years of experience, he has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the first SIP trunking service providers, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for an international VoIP carrier, the CTO of a network security authentication device manufacturer, General Manager of a broadband wireless Internet provider, Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an Internet professional services company, and as Executive Director of the Big Ten universities research network (CICNet). Mr. Maloff has written several books, spoken at industry conferences worldwide, written numerous articles, and was a regular columnist for VON Magazine (now defunct). As a consultant, he provided services to the most senior people at Nationwide Insurance, MetLife, Borders Books and Music, Discovery Channel, The Toro Company, Worldcom, Sprint, Frontier Telecom, Siemens, Telenor (Norway), France Telecom, and many others.Among his more notable accomplishments, Mr. Maloff acted as a consultant to then Senator Al Gore in the drafting of the High Performance Computing Act which went on to become the basis of the commercial Internet as we know it today. He was further involved in the commercialization of the Internet as part of Advanced Network & Services which managed the backbone for the National Science Foundation Network (NSFNet) in the late 1980’s/early 1990s.

Ed has a strong system administration and technical background which makes him a great fit in terms of understanding the many pain points of managing cloud infrastructure.
