Chris Ancell

CEO - XO Communications

Chris Ancell is chief executive officer for XO. In this role, he has responsibility for the company's operations, strategy and transformation into a nationwide provider of advanced IP communications, intelligent networking and cloud computing services with a superior customer experience for business, large enterprise and wholesale customers.

Ancell joins XO Communications after a career encompassing nearly 30 years of operational and sales leadership in the communications and technology services industries. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of sales and sales engineering for CoreSite Realty Corporation. Prior to CoreSite, Ancell spent 12 years in a variety of leadership roles at both CenturyLink and Qwest, including president of CenturyLink's business markets organization and executive vice president of Qwest's business markets organization.

Ancell has also held management positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and with Oracle's Telecommunications Consulting Practice. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Denver.

Candace Worley

SVP and GM, Endpoint Security - Intel Security

Candace Worley is the senior vice president and general manager for the Endpoint Security Business, responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction around Endpoint Protection for PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and embedded devices. She is also responsible for Data Center Security for physical, virtual and cloud environments; and Data Protection solutions for corporate assets. Worley leads the engineering, marketing, and sales functions that drive worldwide growth for the Endpoint Security business and is accountable for the business unit P&L.

Worley joined McAfee in 2000 and has 20 years of technology leadership and enterprise product management experience. Prior to McAfee, she spent seven years with Mentor Graphics where she led a team of product managers responsible for electronic design automation and electronic component software.

Worley holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Oregon State University.

She resides in Beaverton, Oregon and enjoys hiking and gardening in her free time.

Mohammad Nezarati

General Manager and Vice President UC Applications - Avaya

Mohammad Nezarati leads the UC applications group, including audio conferencing and messaging solutions for Avaya. Prior to joining Avaya, Mohammad founded Esna Technologies in 1989 to deliver innovative communications and collaboration solutions to enterprise customers, which was acquired by Avaya in May 2015. He served as both CEO and Chief Technologist for Esna, and was the primary architect and developer of the company’s first award-winning UC solution, Officelinx. Mohammad has more than 25 years of leadership experience and has been honored with the Canadian CTI Pioneer award for his experience in the messaging and communications industry.
