Fred Voccola is the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to mid-size businesses (SMBs). Prior to becoming the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fred Voccola served as Kaseya’s Co-Founder and CEO leading the company to record growth over ten years of excellence. Before Kaseya, Mr. Voccola served as president and general manager of Yodle’s Brand Networks Division, providing digital and market automation solutions to small and medium businesses. In 2016, Yodle successfully was sold to Web.com (NASDAQ: Web). Prior to that, Mr. Voccola was president of Nolio, Inc., a devops SaaS company, where he drove 100% year-over-year growth and successfully sold the business to CA Technologies. Mr. Voccola also co-founded and served as president and CEO of Trust Technology Corp., where he drove significant growth over three years prior to the company’s sale to FGI Global. Earlier in his career, Mr. Voccola co-founded and served as COO of Identify Software, substantially growing the business during his five-year tenure, culminating in a sale to BMC Software. He then served as vice president of worldwide sales and services at BMC Software. In addition, Mr. Voccola has held various management and executive roles at Intira (acquired by Divine Systems) and Prism Solutions (acquired by Ardent Software/Informix/IBM). Mr. Voccola holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Dr. Peter Graf is the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at Genesys. In his role, he is responsible for developing, communicating, sustaining and executing the Genesys strategy. He oversees strategy management, business development, business transformation and operations, information technology, sustainability, and executive and employee communications. Prior to joining Genesys in 2017, Peter held a variety of executive leadership positions in strategy, development, and marketing throughout his more than 25 years in the global enterprise software industry, most notably as an Executive Vice President at multinational software corporation SAP. Peter earned a doctorate in artificial intelligence from Saarland University and a master’s degree in computer science and economics from Technical University of Kaiserslautern in Germany.

Alan Masarek is President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 30 years of software and cloud-based business experience. Alan is an industry innovator with deep expertise in enterprise communications, information technology and business services. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Vonage Holdings Corp. In this role, which he held from November 2014 to June 2020, Alan led the company through an era of transformation from a VoIP-based residential phone provider into a global enterprise cloud communications company. Over the course of his tenure, Vonage completed eight acquisitions and its market capitalization increased severalfold. As importantly, Mr. Masarek led a revitalization of Vonage’s culture, creating a talent-driven organization with a culture of agility, technology innovation and customer centricity.Prior to Vonage, Alan served as Director, Chrome & Apps at Google, Inc. from June 2012 until October 2014, following Google’s acquisition of his prior company, Quickoffice, Inc. Alan was Co-founder and CEO of Quickoffice from June 2007 to June 2012. Under his leadership, Quickoffice became one of the world’s most widely used mobile productivity software solutions, engaging more than 26 million registered users at the time of Google’s purchase. Alan earned his M.B.A., with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Jesse Tuttle, also known as Hackah Jak, is a former world’s most wanted hacker who breached Fortune 500 companies, top universities, and foreign and domestic government and military systems. His exploits have been analyzed in university case studies, textbooks, and research projects, with media coverage spanning from New York to LA, across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. • Jesse’s journey into hacking began in 1994 when he breached his high school network and became involved in the underground world of warez. By 1995, he had moved on to reverse engineering software, and by 1996, he was developing zero-day exploits, trading them within elite hacker communities. In 2000, he joined Hackweiser, a notorious hacker group, where he supplied exploits and participated in high-profile web defacements. In 2001, Jesse became a central figure in the First Hacker World War and later organized the second Cyber War against al-Qaeda following 9/11. In a shocking revelation after his arrest in 2003, it was uncovered that Jesse had been working as an intelligence asset for the FBI since 2001.
