With more than 30 years of global leadership experience in the telecommunications, media, high-technology, enterprise and cyber security markets, Mr. Henderson is a recognized leader with the vision and discipline to drive sustainable growth through the innovative solutions grounded in the needs of the market. He is known for his strength in solving customers’ challenges and developing businesses through an emphasis on advanced product development, strategic channel management, and expansion of key vertical markets, as well as his exceptional ability to forge customer and alliance relationships. Mr. Henderson is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for GXC Corporation, responsible for business development, sales, partnerships, and solution delivery. GXC provides groundbreaking technology for enterprise 5G networks based on a cellular mesh architecture. This private network platform provides high levels of resiliency, flexible deployments, strong coverage in hard-to-reach areas, and a powerful distributed application platform. Mr. Henderson previously provided consulting services to Etiya Corporation, a leading global provider of BSS, AI, ML, and 5G products to communications service providers and enterprises, as Executive Vice President Global Alliances engaging with the prominent hyperscalers, systems integrators, network solution providers, and product companies. He successfully built Etiya’s alliances program from scratch establishing complex teaming agreements, defining compelling use cases, deploying solutions in various partner reference architectures, and creating a substantial sales pipeline. Mr. Henderson was CEO of gen-E, LLC, a provider of leading AIOps service assurance software and services for service providers and other enterprises with large, complex networks. Gen-E enabled clients to dramatically reduce costs, improve efficiency, and deliver high quality service by providing greater visibility, control, and automation of their operational systems. Before joining gen-E, LLC, Mr. Henderson was President, CSG Invotas, a global cyber security solutions business which he internally developed, launched, and was responsible for day-to-day operations. Prior to Invotas, Mr. Henderson served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, CSG International, overseeing worldwide business development, marketing, and account management. Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Henderson was Chief Sales Officer for Call Genie, an industry leader in mobile advertising software and services solutions. Mr. Henderson created the company’s global advertising network business and closed major groundbreaking transactions with prominent communication service providers as well as print publishers, radio networks, websites, and TV programmers. Before joining Call Genie, Mr. Henderson was the President of Telcordias Global Solutions group where he provided the overall vision and leadership for Telcordias products, services, and partners to help customers create, deliver and manage services over any network or device. These end-to-end solutions spanned OSS, BSS, and IMS product and service lines as well as the company’s project management, sales, marketing and alliances. Prior to joining Telcordia, Mr. Henderson was Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for ADC Telecommunications. During his five-year tenure at ADC, he was responsible for growing the overall software business and creating market leadership for the companys next-generation service provider applications business. Mr. Henderson also was responsible for the creation and management of ADCs New Media practice, as well as substantially growing its international service provider business. He was also pivotal in the sale of ADCs customer care and billing software division to Intec Telecom Systems. Before joining ADC, Mr. Henderson was a co-founder and CEO of PCI, a private equity-backed software company that pioneered IP-based interactive voice service application platforms. Mr. Henderson earlier played a key role at Frontier Corporation, where he led the sales, business, and product development teams and helped launch the first CLEC in North America. His previous senior-level positions also included key roles for Volt Data Resources, Nortel, and Computer Consoles, Inc. He began his career as a Systems Analyst for Control Data Corporation. Mr. Henderson formerly served on the board of the TeleManagement Forum, a 850-member, global organization that provides leadership, strategic guidance, and practical solutions to improve the management and operation of information and communication services. He holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
