Shipments will need to arrive on or between business days: January 13, 2023 - February 7, 2023. Materials after February 7, 2023 WILL BE received with an additional after deadline charge. For exact charges, contact Freeman directly.

The Convention Center does not have a Business Center.
Here are the following instructions for Fedex and UPS shipments. Below are the outbound paperwork you can fill out in advance (labeled outbound shipping) and return to FREEMAN in advance or they will have your outbound shipping ready for you onsite or you can fill it out onsite if you prefer. After FREEMAN receives the outbound paperwork, they will produce a material handling agreement, see sample below for a reference (MHA sample).
If exhibitor chooses to ship out Fedex or UPS, you need to provide your own shipping labels and arrange for a call pick up with the carrier during exhibitor dismantle hours. Freeman cannot make the call for a pick up. It needs to be the exhibitor or someone from their office.
The exhibitor will then need to visit the Freeman service desk on-site to fill out outbound paperwork if you have not completed in advance. Once you are packed up, return to the service desk to hand in the paperwork so that FREEMAN can release the freight to Fedex or UPS. (All exhibitors must do this if they are shipping out regardless if they are using Freeman Transportation, Fedex, UPS or a different carrier). If FREEMAN does not receive the paperwork, then they cannot release it to your carrier.
The exhibitor will also need to let FREEMAN know what you want done with the shipment in case UPS or Fedex doesn't show up for the pickup. (This is actually a step that all exhibitors must do if they are not using Freeman Transportation to ship out and this is outlined in red on the sample MHA).
There are 2 types of badges - Exhibitor Booth Staff & Exhibitor Conference
Both badges will give you access to the exhibit hall for setup, dismantle & show hours
The difference between the 2 badges is - Exhibitor Conference gives you access to conference sessions & meals where Exhibitor Booth Staffdoes not.
You need to decide which team members will receive all access to conference sessions and meals...those individuals register as EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE. All other team members will be registered as EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF.
Based on your contract, you are entitled to a certain amount of Exhibitor Conference passes, and unlimited Exhibitor Booth Staff badges. Refer to your contracted for allotted amounts of Exhibitor Conference passes. If an amount is not specified, you receive 2
Each team member ONLY needs to be registered once under either badge plan.

If a team member is a SPEAKER they have access to conference sessions, meals and expo hall - you DO NOT need to register them for an exhibitor badge.
